A passionate chef with 20+ years specialising in Vietnamese cooking. Originally moved to Australia from a small town in Vietnam, early in 2006 with her mother Kim to start their new lives. Mina has a passion for quality Vietnamese food while taking advantage of the local produce to support the local community.

A Family Story, Shared Through Food
Flavours of Vietnam opened in 2019, following Mina’s dream of creating a restaurant shaped by family, tradition and her mother Kim’s influence. With the support of the Mackay community, that small beginning grew into our home on Nelson Street.
Today, we continue to share the food and hospitality that brought our family restaurant to life.
